Beijing Xingdebao BMW 5S
This 26,800 sq.m BMW showroom and service center in the Chaoyang District of Beijing is the largest BMW automobile dealership in China. The building is the first LEED Gold-certified new BMW dealership, representing its importance to BMW network. Opened in 2012, the building was awarded LEED Gold certification in 2013.

The dealership includes both new and pre-owned cars, sales and merchandising areas, a VIP lounge, administrative offices, service workshops, training classrooms and dining facilities for the entire staff.
The PEI design takes advantage of every opportunity provided by the long narrow site to bring in abundant daylight to every part of the building, greatly reducing the electrical load. Further reduction is provided by ground source heat pumps, solar panels and solar hot water panels.
